The Melissa Police Department tip line is available for Melissa residents to use for non-emergency situations. The phone number is 972-838-2075 and callers are able to leave a message for the Police to follow up on their tip. This line is not for emergencies and In the event of an emergency or when suspicious activity or a crime is in progress residents should call 911 immediately.

- Where and when the activity occurs, information on the person(s) committing the offense
