The Melissa City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance adopting the combined 2024 Water Conservation Plan and Water Resource and Emergency Management Plan on Tuesday, April 9th at 6:00 p.m. at Melissa City Hall, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, TX 75454.
