Melissa Code Compliance monitors compliance with the City of Melissa's ordinances. Code Compliance strives to promote and protect the health, safety, and welfare of all citizens and to seek voluntary compliance with City of Melissa ordinances through personal outreach and education.
Reporting Code Violations
Citizens may report a violation of the City code by completing the code violation intake form via our Camino portal.
Update: As part of our ongoing transition to a new software system, we are updating the process for reporting code violations. Until the transition is fully complete and the new system is intergraded, please use the "Email Code Compliance" option for all code violation reports.
This temporary adjustment ensures that all reports are processed efficiently and without interruption during the changeover period. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to improve our tools and systems.

Goal
The goal of the Melissa Code Compliance Department is to achieve voluntary compliance. With that in mind, it is the goal of the Department to keep this page updated with specifics on violations, compliance education, and community resources that will help Melissa citizens remain in compliance with the Melissa Code of Ordinances.
