How do I view Meeting Agendas and Minutes?
Meeting agendas will be posted on our website after 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to each meeting week or 72 hours before (if not the regularly scheduled meeting). Meeting Minutes will be posted following approval at the subsequent City Council, Planning and Zoning, and Board of Adjustment meeting.

How do I view City budget and financial information?
The City of Melissa values financial accountability and to that end the information provided under our Financial Transparency webpage supports our goals of transparent government, good stewardship and open communication.
You will find the current fiscal year's adopted annual budget as well as the financial report for the previous fiscal year posted on this page. Past budgets and financial reports are also available in the Document Center through this page.
How do I view the City Event Calendar?
The City's main event and meeting calendar is available online and is accessible via the home page.
How do I view City Maps?
Various maps of the City of Melissa, the City Water Supply and Sanitary Sewer Service Area as well as those maintained by other agencies are available on the Maps webpage which is located under the Developing in Melissa section.

The City of Melissa publishes quarterly development updates to review the last quarter’s development activity. This is an evolving document so each quarter may contain varying information if available.

The Melissa Public Library posts the latest events and programs under the What's New section of their Library webpage.

How do I view the Utility Billing calendar?
To aid our customers in planning their bill payments, the City of Melissa has posted a Utility Billing Calendar for the current calendar year.
*This calendar is being provided in good faith and with the understanding that dates may change due to unforeseen factors, and in the event of a discrepancy, the due date printed on your bill supersedes this calendar. Holidays included are federal bank holidays, city holidays, and days that FATHOM office is closed.

How do I view utility rates and fees?
The City of Melissa utility rates and fees for the current fiscal year are posted on the Rates & Fees section of the Utility Billing webpage. Additionally we have created a Frequently Asked Questions section to address common questions regarding utility rates here as well.

How do I view my water consumption data?
All City of Melissa water utility customers have access to see and manage their water usage through the U2You Customer Usage Portal.
First, make sure you have signed up for a U2You online account which can be accessed at: https://melissa.gwfathom.com/Sign-In.aspx.
Once you have created your U2You account, setup access to the Customer Water Usage Portal: https://melissa.u2you.gwfathom.com/#/login.

How do I view water quality reports?
The Annual Water Quality Report is a summary of the quality of the water the City of Melissa provides to its’ customers. The analysis for this report was made by using the data from the most recent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) required tests and is presented in the required Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) which must be filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality annually.
The CCR for the previous water year is typically published annually in late June and the City includes notification of the reports availability in the utility bill sent out during that time as well.
