Data View on SmartphoneYou will now only need one log-in and password  for accessing your account information - making it that much easier when paying your bill or viewing your detailed water usage.  To register for the customer portal, you will need your full account number (as shown in the top right-hand corner of your bill) and zip code.  
  • If you do not have access to your account number, or have questions about accessing the new portal, please contact Customer Service at (855) 266-4941, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  
Once your account has been created, we encourage you to complete your home water-use profile in order for the best results and personalized tips on how  your family can reduce your water usage and save.  You can also now view and track your detailed water usage and set thresholds and alerts to help you avoid unwanted surprises on your bill.
