Throckmorton Road - Traffic Control Notice

UPDATE (10/18/17): The sawcutting was completed as expected Tuesday, but the Milrany Lane storm sewer crossing is now being pushed to Thursday, October 19 and possibly Friday, October 20.

On Tuesday October 17th, Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc. (Sinacola) will partially close Milrany Lane for 1-2 hours to sawcut concrete across Milrany Lane at Throckmorton Road
. After completing the sawcuts, the intersection will reopen as normal.

The following morning of Wednesday October 18th, Sinacola will be installing 36” RCP (storm sewer pipe) across Milrany Lane at Throckmorton Road. To install this pipe, half of the intersection will be closed at a time, and channelizing devices (cones) will be installed on the other half to divide north and southbound traffic. The intersection will remain open to two way traffic at all times. This work is expected to be completed in one work day, but may extend into Thursday morning. Asphalt millings will be temporarily installed and maintained across the intersection until the permanent concrete pavement is constructed.

Any questions should be directed to Casey Berend, Project Engineer at casey.berend@hfconsultinginc.net or (972) 837-2111.
