Labor Day Holiday Reminder
The Melissa City Hall and Public Library will be closed on Monday September 6th in observance of Labor Day.  Also due to the holiday, trash service will be delayed by one day, pickup will be on Thursday morning.  From the City to your family have a safe and wonderful holiday weekend!

Melissa Beautification Committee Art Contest; Ends this Friday, Sept. 3rd!
Are you an artist at heart or know someone who is?  Melissa's Beautification Committee is hosting an artwork contest for window mural designs.  We want to spruce up the downtown area by painting window murals and who better to do that than Melissa residents!
