Collin County Transit Low Income Transit Subsidy Pilot Program
The Low Income Transit Subsidy Pilot Program (LITSP) is one of the Collin County Transit services that provides low-income families and individuals with mobility solutions within Collin County. This new Pilot Program is available to qualified Melissa Residents.  You can apply online or in person on Friday, March 23, 10AM to Noon at Melissa City Hall, 2nd Floor Community Room. 
NTMWD assures public that water is safe and complies with regulations
The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) officials assure the public that the processes used to treat and maintain the safety and quality of the district’s drinking water meet federal and state standards. NTMWD is conducting a temporary 30-day proactive system maintenance process that is accepted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
